Nikki Sui, a licensed acupuncturist and an active member of CAATCM (Canadian Association of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine), is happily offering acupuncture and related services to the Halifax community.
Nikki has over ten years of experience in healthcare. She graduated from Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1991, then worked as a practitioner in a Chinese acupuncture clinic for 5 years. After that, she went to Liaoning Provincial Hospital to acquire further knowledge in acupuncture. She was supervised by Dr Wo Zhong Chao, one of the most famous acupuncturists in China and developed specialized acupuncture skills for weight loss, pain relief and immune system boosting. In addition, Nikki also has specialized skills in the areas of gynaecology, digestive health, stress management and many others.
Nikki believes that being an acupuncturist is a life-long learning process, so she never stops learning. In 2009, she went to Beijing, China for training in the area of acupuncture treatments for cosmetology. Since 2013, she has been enrolled in the Canadian College of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine to learn more about concerns particular to our Nova Scotian locale.
Helping patients to live happier and healthier lives is where Nikki finds her passion. She is realizing her dream of working with others to achieve their health goals.
